You have full control over your data in DearFlow. Here are the ways you can manage and delete your data:

Disconnecting Email Integrations

You can disconnect your Gmail and Outlook connections at any time through two methods:

Method 1: Through DearFlow

1. Go to your Profile at app.dearflow.ai/profile/general (opens in a new tab)
2. Navigate to "Connected Apps"
3. Toggle off the connection for the service you want to disconnect

Method 2: Through Service Providers

You can also manage your app connections directly through:

• Google Account Security Settings (opens in a new tab)
• Microsoft Account Security Settings (opens in a new tab)

Complete Data Deletion

If you wish to delete all your existing data from DearFlow, you can send an email to support@dearflow.ai. We will process your request and confirm the deletion of all your data.
