With our Pro plan, you can connect up to 3 different email accounts to your DearFlow account. This means you can manage all your work and personal emails from a single, unified interface.

Instead of managing emails based on their source (which email address they came to), DearFlow helps you organize them by their purpose and context. Our AI analyzes each email and automatically categorizes it into one of these categories:
- Work - Professional communications and tasks

- Read & Learn - Educational content and learning materials
- Opportunity - Potential opportunities and important connections
- Utility - Important but non-urgent communications
- Clean up - Emails that can be archived or deleted
AI-Powered Learning

To connect additional email accounts to your DearFlow account, visit your account settings and follow the connection process for either Outlook or Gmail. You can connect up to 3 accounts with the Pro plan.
